Park City Santa Pub Crawl
Why a Santa Pub Crawl? Because it is for a good claus!
There have been Santa Pub Crawls for decades in cities all over the World from London, England to Canberra, Australia. In fact, this year Salt Lake is having their 11th annual. We would like to start the tradition here in Park City. Nothing gets one in the Christmas spirit like hanging out at your favorite watering holes with dozens of cheery eyed Santas. We have 6 Santa-friendly pubs sponsoring the event including Wasatch Brew Pub, Spur, Sidecar, No Name Salon, Celsius, and Butchers. There will be live music at the Spur, Sidecar, and Celsius. All Crawlers must wear a Santa suit. The sponsoring pubs will wave cover charges for those in costume. Those showing up without a costume will be sure to find a lump of coal in their stocking on Christmas morn.
As part of the event we ask that all Santas bring an unwrapped gift to be donated to Sub for Santa, a program that provides holiday gifts for children (see this site for a gift wish list –
http://www.uw.org/Programs/SubforSanta/WishList.htm). The gifts will be collected at our first stop, Wasatch Brew Pub. Your donation will be greatly appreciated.
