I've been encouraging others in my Santa group to embrace diversity. Therefore, this year, we've got our first Hannukah Harry. I also think someone is bringing a Festivus pole as well.

Santa Fancy Dress

This is really a variation - rather than a Pub Crawl, I thought you could have a Santa Fancy Dress Party, where everyone comes as thier favorite Santa.

Simple Idea - Hold a Santa Crawl in July or something. It might be a bit hard to find the santa suits though.
